The CTI Linear Heat Detector is a twisted pair of dissimilar spring conductors which are insulated with a heat-sensitive material. This material is designed to soften and allow the conductors to short when exposed to a specific alarm temperature. The dissimilar conductors, when shorted, form a temperature measurement junction called a thermocouple.

Fiber Optic. This product is best described as a continuous linear thermometer actively reporting temperature readings in realtime. The restorable linear heat detector is comprised of quartz fibers enclosed in a low smoke zero halogen jacket. Immune to all EMI and RFI, the fiber optic linear detector can be configured to offer custom alarm criteria and zone sizes up to 30,000 feet (10 + km) in length.

The Inergen gas fire suppression systems (Inergen® IG541 inert) from Fire Eater can be used in many different environments and are used worldwide.​ Inergen is highly recommended for larger or multiple risks and utilises distribution pipework in the room or ceiling/floor voids. All pipework and nozzle placement are calculated using UL-approved Inergen design software, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Megaroller HDPE Rollers are an innovation in reinforced high-density polyethylene (HDPE)​ conveyor rollers. Utilizing Megaroller’s unique design and incorporating our patented Sealing​. Megaroller Africa manufactures a flame-retardant and self-extinguishing HDPE idler of which the HDPE tube, bearing housing and sealing arrangement are fire-retardant and self-extinguishing. Megaroller researched, developed, and manufacture a full line of inorganic flame retardant, antistatic and smoke suppressant idler solutions to the mining and minerals industry (complies with SANS 1313, SANS 10177,ISO 340:2016 & NES 713). The Megaroller Africa fire retardant / suppressant blend specially formulated to provide a good balance of flame-retardant performance and reduced cost.

The test pressure is to be upto 2 times the maximum working pressure of the pump, but in no case less than 250 psi (1724 kPa) to ensure no rupture or leakage through the castings at the test pressure.​ ​Impeller Balancing​ The impellers of each pump are dynamically balanced to the G6.3 balance quality grade in accordance with the requirements for pump impellers in the Standard for Mechanical Vibration – Balance Quality
